Most clients meet for standard 50-minute sessions, but for those wanting to go deeper or move faster, I also offer extended sessions and therapy intensives.

Second Act grew from a belief I have come to understand both personally and professionally: it is never too late to reconnect with yourself and create a life that fits who you are now.

My own life has included career changes, health challenges, recovery, relationships, motherhood, and the complicated process of figuring out who I am beyond the roles I have filled for other people. Those experiences shape the way I work.
