Your Second Act Therapist & Guide
Why I Created Second Act
Second Act grew from a belief I have come to understand both personally and professionally: it is never too late to reconnect with yourself and create a life that fits who you are now.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent years working in public service and helping people navigate difficult systems and major life changes. Over time, I became especially drawn to supporting women who had spent much of their lives caring for others, holding everything together, and quietly losing touch with themselves along the way.
My own life has included career changes, health challenges, recovery, relationships, motherhood, and the complicated process of figuring out who I am beyond the roles I have filled for other people. Those experiences shape the way I work — not because our stories are the same, but because I understand that change can be messy, deeply personal, and still worth pursuing.
Today, I help women move out of survival mode, rebuild self-trust, create healthier boundaries, and begin imagining what they want their next chapter to look like.
I believe therapy should feel compassionate, honest, practical, and human. You do not have to become someone new. Sometimes your Second Act begins by finally coming home to yourself.
